Reason for nomination:

• This tree stands on a significant hedged bank on land at Grange Farm. It could be a manorial boundary between one of the estates in the area. Today the hedgerow forms a boundary between private land and land that is to become public open space as part of the developments on Grange Farm.

Remarks & Tree condition:

• A very low cut tree we are calling a coppard. Significant decay in the bole and crown.
